M and E Shift Maintenance Engineer : GBP 48,000 : KentLocation:KentSalary: GBP 45,000 + GBP 3,000 shift allowanceHours :Continental Shift Our client is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their contract completing electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance as well as other general building services.The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant, equipment, and systems in accordance with agreed service levels and respond to site engineering emergencies. They will also be undertaking small installation works, repairs to building fabric and handyman duties. The candidate will be rewarded with a fantastic package including GBP 45,000 salary plus GBP 3,000 shift allowance, clear progression path, overtime, pension, and career stability. Package: : GBP 45,000 salary plus GBP 3,000 shift allowance : 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays : Continental Shift Pattern : 4on 4off days/nights : will work around 14 days a month. : Hours are Days 7am : 7pm, Nights 7pm : 7am. : Overtime available: Mon : Sat (x1.5) Sun (x2), at least 20 shift overtime available : Pension Scheme : Healthcare : Free Parking : First class Training : Excellent People Culture : Fantastic Progression opportunities Duties: : To carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules as directed by the site supervisor. : To undertake PPM activities in a professional and safe manner : Undertake reactive maintenance works as directed by the Help Desk and/or Management Team : Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks : Emergency Light Tests : Plant Room Maintenance : Maintain and update Log books : Engineers must be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find. : HVAC plant Requirements: : Trade trained with ideally 3 years experience in the building services : City and Guilds Qualified Electrical Level 3 equivalent OR City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications : Has the will and desire to succeed and learn : Good building services knowledge
