In this exciting opportunity, LBHF is seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Projects Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be working within an Electrical Team, to manage contract requirements relating to Finance, contract delivery, complaint management and compliancy across M+E assets. You will need experience in managing chain partners and KPIs to provide our residents with the level of service we would expect to be delivered. You will also be involved with working on specialized projects that make a real difference to our residents. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, highly motivated with excellent communication/reporting skills and have sufficient experience of working within M+E to provide an excellent service. You must also be extremely organised and be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
