I have a lovely pair of uk bred Uaru, they are around 6 months old & growing fast currently around 3 but will grow to around 8 - 9 .I keep them with my Discus in HMA filtered water at 86 degrees & a PH of 6.5.They feed greedily on anything offered, frozen bloodworm, Beef Heart, Tetra Prima & also need some vegetable matter in their diet i.e lettuce, cucumber.
